Please contact me ASAP in the event you cannot make your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will require a 50% rescheduling fee to reserve a future appointment.

Failure to notify or come for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% rescheduling fee for the missed appointment.
